Exploring the Enneagram: An Introduction – CLOSED

April 5, 12, 19 and 26 , 2023 6:30-8:30 p.m. CLOSED

Online via Cook County Higher Education

The Enneagram is an ancient spiritual and modern psychological framework. Each number represents a different worldview.

This self-discovery lens provides a clearer way to observe your own behavioral tendencies and ways of being in the world. This workshop will provide a brief overview of the model including each of the nine types. Also, we will explore how to use this dynamic framework to grow and change.

The Enneagram: Guiding our Journey to Wholeness – POSTPONED

May 12 2023 05:30pm – May 14 2023

Episcopal House of Prayer, Collegeville, MN

The Enneagram’s meteoric rise in popularity over the past few years means that it is sometimes
thought of (and used) as a personality typing test.

But in fact, the Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-discovery and spiritual growth. This retreat will provide an introduction to the Enneagram and its nine types. We will learn how process, deepen and understand ourselves and our relationships.

This retreat is also the perfect preparation for Marcia Hyatt and Mary Ellen Ashcroft’s October
retreat, Deepening Your Understanding of the Enneagram.

Deepening Your Understanding of the Enneagram

October 27 2023 – October 29 2023

Episcopal House of Prayer, Collegeville, MN

This retreat is for people who have a basic knowledge of the enneagram and a good idea of
their dominant type. We will explore the enneagram using story, reflection, and play.

How can this ancient and powerful lens bring greater depth and understanding in our lives? We explore
triads and the access points of the enneagram symbol. You will see how a deeper understanding of the enneagram supports our growth, helping us to soften our patterns, strengthen relationships, and lead us to greater awareness.

Personal Retreats

Scheduled at your convenience (Typical retreats run 2-5 days).

In-Person Retreats

In-person Retreats are a powerful way to explore and learn. These retreats are held in Lutsen, MN. There is a strong advantage to getting away and creating the space to reflect. Meeting in person allows us to do more symbolic reflection and somatic exercises.

Virtual Retreats

It is amazingly effective to have your retreat guided by phone or zoom. During your retreat, we
meet 1-3 times daily for coaching. You set the pace for the frequency and duration. Together,
we explore what questions and process will support you in your exploration.
