Coaching
Certified in both Deep Coaching and Peer Coaching, Marcia uses a variety of processes to support you seeing your situation with a new perspective. Marcia uses an action learning approach which means all coaching sessions are tied to action commitments between sessions.
Retreats
As a leadership coach, Marcia creates and hosts intensive leadership development, enneagram and personal retreats. Retreats can be virtual or on the north shore of Lake Superior.

Building awareness of systems and choices, Marcia has facilitated a variety of powerful leadership development programs.

The enneagram is a powerful lens to become more aware. It’s a compassionate view that shows why we do what we do and more importantly, how to free ourselves.
